So apparently yesterday was a federal holiday. Even my dad didn't go to work yesterday. So WHY did Bellevue have school? I guess they say it was a mistake, but other schools made the same mistake and they fixed it... hmm. Anyway I'm over it now so enough.
I'm just sitting here during my free block again. Finished the last of my advanced algebra makeup work a little bit ago and so now I'm waiting for the block to be over so I can go to the class. And then I'm leaving at 2:10 for the basketball game in East Central! I get to leave with the JV team since I keep the book for Coach Wright. It's a quadruple header tonight... JV boys and girls and Varsity boys and girls. It's gonna be a LONG night. Hopefully I won't have to do any of the guy's stats, but you never know.
I had painting this morning and completely forgot to bring my project back from home (i gave it to my parents for christmas) and so I started a new painting on a small piece of linolium. It's a tropical sunset sort of thing, so it has the potential to be an addition to my room, but I'm not sure if it will turn out or not.
I think my dad has gone on strike against me using the truck. He wouldn't let me take it today even though I will need to get home after the games. I'm going to have to call for a ride, which really sucks. What I really need is a job and some money to buy a car. Dad's excuse was that the tank was empty and he wanted to fill it up at his station instead of giving me money to fill it up in bellevue. I guess that's what you get when your dad owns a gas company.
I'd better go... five more minutes before this block is over!
